Trevor Erickson notched the hat trick and the El Paso Rhinos rolled again, beating the Texas Renegades, 7-2, Saturday night.
The five-goal gives El Paso a collective plus-minus of +203 (203 more goals scored than allowed), best in the Western State Hockey League by over 90 goals.
Eric LaBounty also contributed two goals while teammate Austin Balko had a goal and two assists as the Rhinos improved to 38-3-1 with 77 points.
Swedish forward Adam Rosenberg also assisted twice and goaltender Arthur Hollinger stopped 16 of 18 shots for his 21st win.
El Paso and Texas will battle once more Sunday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. MST.
