El Paso Rhinos' Sebastian Borg had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in his team's 6-3 win over Dallas Snipers.
Borg scored on the power play at 3:04 into the second period to make the score 2-2 and again while on the power play 4:12 into the second to make the score 3-2 El Paso Rhinos.
El Paso Rhinos kept Dallas Snipers' goalie busy throughout the game, and Aaron Craft made 43 saves on 49 shots.
El Paso Rhinos additionally got points from Reinis Vitolins, who also tallied one goal and two assists, Lukas Znosko, who also racked up one goal and three assists, Gavin Abbott, who also finished with one goal and one assist, and Jiri Pestuka, who also racked up one goal and two assists. El Paso Rhinos also got a goal from Dominique Pozzi as well. More assists for El Paso Rhinos came via Adam Zimmerman, Tim Odermatt, and Marek Langhammer, who each chipped in one.
Dallas Snipers was led by Carl Sandsten, who registered one goal and one assist. Sandsten scored on the power play 11:50 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Dallas Snipers. Dallas Snipers earned a power play opportunity when David Brancik was put in the box for tripping. Yevgeni Nikolaev provided the assist. Others who scored for Dallas Snipers included Alexander Yunanov and Trent Williams, who scored one goal each. In addition, Dallas Snipers received assists from Justin Becton and Erik Svensson, who contributed one each.
